Ps2 was an overwhelming success. 125 mil+ sold. Ps3 will not repeat that success. Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii are at lifetime sales of their predecessors already! Even if Ps3 "wins" by selling more consoles than the competition this generation (which many believe is highly unlikely) There will be no clear winner like last time. agree 100%. I have BOTH systems as well and prefer my 360. Hey sonyfanboys it's the games! All non-biased gamers who own both consoles admit the PS3 has a serious lack of quality software. 360 is king! Long live the King!

I have never heard anyone call Uncharted a "masterpiece" The Official Playstation Magazine only gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Same goes for the 29th R&C game. As for upcoming PS3 games I am not impressed. Killzone 2 will be underwhelming just like the first, Tekken has been eclipsed by other fighters, I am not sold on LBP, Final Fantasy is on it's 13th game! Do we really need another? The one great game will be God Of war 3. So yes dumb@ss REALLY!

We have had Gears of War, Halo 3 ,Bioshock, Mass Effect,etc and are looking forward to Peter Jackson's Halo Project, Gears 2, Fable 2, Left 4 Dead, Alan Wake and many others. PS3 has been described as a "barren wasteland" and just got off "life support" with it's first great game MGS4. You have a lot of nerve fanboy.

HALO is the biggest thing in Gaming. It sells better and scores higher than just about everything else. All of you Sony fanboys trying to say the game is overrated or isn't good at all are just mad the only FPS games you have to look forward to are Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 both far inferior to Halo and you know it. I have played all the games and own all the consoles. No bias just truth.
360 owners are not interested in LBP. It is too cutesy and childish. As far as 360 not having anything to compete with PS3 this year or next say that to Gears 2 Fable 2 Halo 4 Left 4 Dead and many other games yet to be announced. Both consoles will be around for a long time. Deal with it fanboy.

SONY, MS and Nintendo are going to have great showings this year. Sony will inflict "massive damage" only by surprising us with new game announcements (like God of War 3, a new Twisted Metal, Team Ico's next project etc) Sony will have stiff competition this year. They do not always win and won't necessarily win this year. Of course you would consider it a win if they only showed up with that Buzz Quiz game because you are a blind fanboy.

What are you talking about? PS3 has the best exclusives? It has One great exclusive in MGS4. Name me another. 360 has better quality and quantity. This is understandable because it has been on the market longer. Read the other posts even Ps3 owners admit 360 has better games at this point. I am one of them.
Forza and Forza 2 are listed at 90 and 92 on metacritic. The last real Gran Turismo (GT4) is listed at 89. Forza is an exceptional racing series. The third game will be great as well. If the game receives universal acclaim we don't want your money. just leave N4G forever and go troll elsewhere.

Gears 2 vs Resistance 2 is what excites me most. Both games are looking fantastic. Gears of War sold better and scored better but this epic battle of sequels could go either way.
